Before You Come To Us
All Hemlock Pain Center patients are required to have
a referral from their primary care physician. Because communication with
your physician is important to us, we discuss and report your progress so
that we may work together to resolve your pain issues.
Fees and Insurance
Hemlock Pain Center fees include the physician's fee.
Additionally, when outpatient services are provided, a hospital fee will
also be applied. Fees are based upon the amount of time spent with the
 patient and technical skills required for each particular problem. You or
your insurance company will be billed after completion of a single
procedure or consultation, or after a series of procedures. Hemlock Pain
Center's office personnel can discuss your insurance coverage with you,
and help patients make payment arrangements. Insurance or worker's
compensation may cover all or part of the program's charges. Fees are
payable to Hemlock Pain Center.
